Foothills Regional Services Commision will hold a public meeting regarding the amendment of Fee Bylaw 01/2020 on MONDAY THE 24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers, Joint Administration Building, 309 Macleod Trail, High River, Alberta.
The Fee Bylaw establishes the fees, rates and charges for municipal waste services. The Fee Bylaw illustrates the existing fees and the proposed amendments to those fees and is available for viewing or download at foothillslrrc.com or can be reviewed in Foothills County Municipal Office in High River during regular office hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Members of the public that have comments or concerns regarding the proposed amendment to the Fee Bylaw can provide those comments or concerns in writing to Foothills County office by 12:00 noon February 21, 2020. All written comments provided will be made part of the public record. No submissions via telephone will be considered.
At the meeting, the Commission will hear from any person who claims to be affected by the proposal, and from any other person who wishes to make representation AND that the Directors agree to hear. Any person intending to READ a written submission at the meeting must have twelve copies of same available at the commencement of the meeting for the Directors and administration. A time limit may be imposed on submissions, at the discretion of the Chairman.
